Apps by Abdalla Taha
أنا طالب — I am Talib ("the App") is developed by Abdalla Taha. It is a learning app for studying Qur'anic Arabic vocabulary with Finnish translations. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or any third party. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no servers. All data stays on your device.
The App stores the following locally on your device only:
This information never leaves the device. Deleting a profile in the App removes its data, and uninstalling the App removes everything.
The App works fully offline. All learning content is bundled inside the App, and the App makes no network connections of any kind.
The review mode (Kertaus) offers an optional way to answer by speaking, using Apple's on-device speech recognition.
The App requests one optional permission: the microphone, used solely for the optional voice answering described above. Audio never leaves the device. There is no location, no camera, no contacts, and no storage access beyond the App's own private app data.
The App contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not use cookies or any form of user tracking.
The App is designed to be used by students of all ages, including children studying with their teacher. Because the App collects and transmits no personal data from any user, there is nothing for us to see, share, or sell. Profile names typed into the App (which may be a child's first name or any nickname) are stored only on the device itself and are never transmitted anywhere, and voice answers are processed on the device and never recorded or transmitted.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
